another round trip around the Bexley area with C. N was not around. Lovely sunny day and far too warm for the time of year, more global warming I guess.
I don't ache today but I am a bit knackered. this was not due to the bike ride but because I stayed up watching a girls film called "In Her Shoes". That'll learn me.
How am I going to get up to 70 miles in one day, and then for three days in a row?

how did you like In Her Shoes? I thought it was not bad.
Many years ago I went on a bike tour of Norfolk with my friend the Lamma Hippy. We were doing about 20 miles a day and I can tell you that East Anglia is not as flat as they make out when you are on a bike.
I secretly enjoyed In Her Shoes cos although it is billed as a girly film it wasn't too girly. And from a very shallow point of view I enjoyed Cameron Diaz in her bikini.
This weekend I am hoping for 25 miles - on the basis of increasing by 5 miles each week I should be up to 50 by Christmas!
